My deep condolences to Isabel, Susan, Karena, Robert and Teresa’s extended family on her passing after a rich long life well lived.
As a hirsute teenager “ Mrs Morton” welcomed me and many other of Isabel’s friends into Sandford Road with a warmth that we perhaps didn’t always merit. Looking back now with the benefit of hindsight it wasn’t an easy balancing act for her run such a multi generational house with a tremendous ease of manner. Roderick and Teresa were friends of my parents Garret and Joan in College days and Roderick’s mother and my Grand Aunt Emily shared a flat together at one stage so the family links go back just the one century. May Teresa rest in deserved peace.
