Teresa was a wonderful lady, with an engaging personality, boundless energy and a great sense of fun.

We were fortunate to have enjoyed her hospitality at Barley Hill whenever we were back in Mayo. When, on occasion, we were able to return the hospitality with a bbq at our rental house, Teresa was always keen to attend and sample whatever cuisine was served up. She had a truly admirable zest for life.

Meeting up with Teresa and family was always something to look forward to and we cherish those memories.
