My sincere belated condolences to Edna and all the Kernan clan on the sad passing of Terry.
I was forever in his debt for keeping my four wheels turning back in the day when I didn't have a bean.
It was nice to have had met him recently.

To Etha and family I am very sorry to hear of the passing of your much beloved terry I will always remember the little jokes that he used to come out with when I went to the calls to look after himself and Etha they used to make me laugh and he always had a smile on his face and he loved going on the bike In the garage may he rest in eternal peace and get the best bed in heaven.thank you Terry for been such a good friend and also a good client until we met again xxx

It was of great sadness to learn of Terry's passing. He was much more than Dads cousin, he was an uncle in many many ways. Always there to help and give advice. Sincere condolences and sympathy at this very sad time to Ethna and all of the family as well as all of Terry’s cycling buddies. I have very fond memories of cycling with Terry (miles Kernan as we called him) and our many chats along the way but…, I will always remember Terry and I winning the two up time trial – The Sanyo Cup, fado.., fado.., to say that Terry was delighted with the win was an understatement. Fun and happy memories is what I have as he had an amazing zest for life and all sports.

Time now for Terry to Rest In Love and Eternal Peace. Sleep easy Terry – slán leat.

Terry was a gentleman to his fingertips, a perfectionist in both profession and cycling, with a lovely impish sense of humour. The Gaelic phrase "Ni bheidh a leitheid ann aris" applies in a special way.

Very sorry Ethna and family. Terry was super when I started racing. He gave freely of his time knowledge and experience. We shared many miles on the road. His women’s league races were the best fun and education I had during my cycling years. I’ve thought of and talked about Terry often

Terry was a close cycling buddy and good friend of my late uncle, Patrick (Pat) McInerney.
It is sad to see them both gone. They were formidable members of Dublin wheelers. They cycled practically all their lives and got so much enjoyment from the sport.
It was lovely to greet Terry in his garden on my cycles home from work, years ago, while taking a short cut through the printing works gate.

I was so sorry to hear about Terry. I have many happy memories of Terry, especially when I was cycling. Terry was a great coach and he gave generously his time to improve me and many other female racing cyclists. He had a tough time the last few years but never lost interest in cycling. My thoughts are with you all at this sad time.
