I was very sorry to hear of Terry's passing and I send my deepest sympathy to the Doyle and McElwain families. Terry was a kind, gentle and charming Lady and will be sadly missed.

Terry was a wonderful lady who was like a second mother to me. Terry and John had welcomed me into their home, and I shared many pleasant memories with them. My most recent one is from a visit to John before his passing, during which we had a good chat and ended with a quick hug.

Sincere condolence to Terry's family and friends. Terry was my Home Ec teacher for 5 years in St Brigids. A truly excellent teacher who epitomised what a teacher should be-kind. emphatic and someone who believed in her subject. She showed interest in her student's wellbeing long before the phrase was coined. She influenced and supported me in following in her footsteps as a Home Ec teacher and I was always grateful to her for this.
