Tess Larkin

I have just read of the passing of Tess as I now live abroad.

I am really saddened and shocked at Tess's passing.

I do not have enough words to describe how much Tess meant to me and how incredibly kind, helpful and supportive she was to me during a very difficult time in my life.

An earth angel with a heart as deep as the deepest ocean.

Without doubt my life would not be the happy place it is now without Tess.

SAFE HARBOUR was indeed an apt title for her counselling support as she saved so many possible "ship wrecks" from sinking including myself.

Bless you Tess you will forever be in my thoughts and prayers.

Our sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved mam. Tess meant so much to us. Her smile & friendliness always met us at the door of the surgery. She took wonderful care of all the kids, her gentle words & soothing caring personality lessened the worry & fear of needles. Always a kind word & such a lovely lady. Awfully saddened to hear of her passing.

Very sorry to hear of Tess passing . As a nurse in borimhe she was always amazingly kind with myself and my kids . Always so nice to chat with and so was so proud of Joy.

She will be missed and remembered for her kindess and warmth.

I just heard of the passing of Tess and wanted to extend my condolences. I am a patient of Boroimhe medical practice and she made my visits there so much better. She always asked after my children and talked about her daughter Joy and how proud she was of her. She will be missed so much x

I am devestaed to hear of Tess' sudden passing. I saw her a few days before hand at Boroimhe. She was always so caring and made my visists so personal. I would always ask her about her daughter who she was so proud of. My deepest sympathies to her family.

I've just heard that Tess passed recently. She was a lovely person and caring nurse. Always a friendly face at boroimhe clinic. Proud mother too, always beamed when talking about Joy, she was so proud. So sorry for your loss, she will be very much missed.

So sorry for your loss Joy , your mam was always extremely kind, gentle and caring through both my pregnancies and babies injections , you really were her everything.
She told me how I shouldn’t pick a name for my babies until they were born as she said she had your name picked as Jade but once you were born you she felt the name just didn’t suit and you weren’t a jade ,but named you Joy because you couldn’t have been more perfect and that’s all she felt when she looked at you , pure Joy.

I'm shocked and deeply sadden to here of Tess' passing. She was such a warm, friendly, caring lady. Never forgot to enquire about my family members when I visited Boriomhe and indeed long before that too. We've lost the best person in the community. Dearest Joy, I was so sad to hear of your Mum’s untimely passing. I was a GP trainee with her in Swords about 6 or 7 years ago. She was such a pleasure to work with and taught me lots. She was universally loved and made such a difference to so many. She always brought such light to the tearoom at lunch. And you, Joy, were all she spoke of. She lit up when she mentioned your name. She was profoundly proud of you. I am sure there will be difficult weeks and months ahead, but there is no doubt in the world that she will be with you, always. Take care of yourself.

I am so very sorry to have just learned of Tess’ death. It is not often that we are lucky enough to meet someone like her. I worked with her in the Surgery in the Naul and she enriched the lives of all who met her there. A beautiful woman with a heart of gold and such a gentle spirit.
