So sorry to hear of Thelma's passing. I have the richest of memories of wonderful times when we all worked together in the Redbank in Skerries. Thelma's ability to see humour in all the circumstances that arise in a busy restaurant helped us all get through the day happily. Remembering responses " That guy would eat stones". !!!
