I have many happy and fun memories of Therese’s time in UCC and Fairy Lawn residence! It was great to reconnect with her in recent years at her friend Martha’s sons weddings and in Kilkenny with her longtime friend Moll . Her mental strength dealing with her progressive illness was amazing . She never lost her sense of humour and quick wit . I am so saddened to hear of Therese's passing. Therese was always so full of life, so well read and so incredibly intelligent, but most of all she was a great colleague and so much fun to sit with at tea break!! She had such wit and a fantastic sense of humour. She will be greatly missed. My condolences to Myra, Joe and Jack whom she spoke so proudly of and to all of her extended family and friends. Therese was a kind, gentle lady with a playful sense of humour and a great work colleague. Her professional career, as a microbiologist, began in Cork and brought her back to her native city when she joined the local EPA office. Therese had a love of the arts, was widely read and will be greatly missed in Kilkenny.

So very sad to hear of Therese's passing.Mary JJ.&all of Therese's family you are in my thoughts & prayers at this very sad time.Lovely memories of our school days in Presentation.
