Dearest Thomas, I still cannot believe you’re gone. I’ve known you since I was a teenager when your son and I first begun. You have been more like a father to me than a FIL. You were always there when we needed you, without a seconds hesitation. You were especially the best when it came to being a grandad to your grandchildren, spoiled them rotten in every way. You were so proud of them, best of friends with your beloved grandson Jordan. They’re grieving for you something terrible, but I know they’ll be okay because sure don’t have Thomas Beggs as their guardian angel.
You were a larger than life, heart of gold, one in a billion kind of gentleman. There’ll never be another like you. God certainly broke the mold when he created you Thomas. I will cherish the memories we shared forever and feel blessed to have been loved by you. I’ll miss your cheeky face, your hugs and the way you always called me sweetheart.
You’ve held my hand through some of the most difficult times in my life, and I was so honoured to be able hold yours when you departed this life on your journey to heaven. I’ll never forget you Thomas, and will forever feel blessed to have been your daughter in law. I will love you always and know you will watch over us all from the best seat in heaven.
