My deepest sympathies to the Conlon family on the passing of Tom. I had the pleasure of training with him in Castlebar. A lovely man. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

I really enjoyed working with Tom
in the CMH. He was passionate, inspiring, and always supportive, plus he had a cheeky side that allowed him to get away with things that no one else would have. Having him in your corner both at work and in life was a real bonus. I will miss our calls, his advice, chats, coffees, his horse stories and all of his family updates he loved sharing. I will forever be grateful to Tom, for helping me to get my first clinical position in the central mental hospital. He was a great friend of my sister Aisling since they were young, and when I met him out in Dublin one night and he knew I needed work experience, he told me he would keep me in mind if anything came up. True to his word, when I really wasn't expecting it, he got in touch months later, got my CV and sent it in, and coached me through the interview as well. He was a truly unique and wonderful person and I am so deeply sorry to all those who loved him for this terrible loss. May he rest in peace and forever be kept in our hearts.
