Having only heard of Mr. Hurley's passing, i would like to acknowledge my brilliant 2nd Class teacher in Hollypark, probably around 1979. I still remember him when doing stretches as he did with us every day, and Schubert's The Trout is his tune to my mind! My thanks to him for the gifts he gave through teaching. Síocháin libh. Gearoid

My sympathy to Tom’s family at this sad time. I knew him many years ago when I worked St Patrick’s BNS, Hollypark. We had many a great chat and banter and at times he’d play a lovely piece of music on his violin.
