Deepest sympathy to Maureen and Family on Tommy's demise. It has come as a shock. .I did'nt know he was sick. May he RIP. Tommy and I had some good times together when we were much younger. I shall always remember him as a character.and a good friend. My prayers go with him.
Many a time Tommy briefed me on how to navigate a flight to New York Boston or Chicago and more recently to recall those times over a pint in the Breffni Lounge in Blackrock.
A gentleman and a raconteur I will remember him with the kindest of thoughts

Great memories of Tommie. He used to deliver the papers in St/Fintans Park where we lived. We had great fun with him. He took my sister Kay to a dress dance (Kay has since passed in ~~February). I also remember the honeybee bars. We loved Thomas and may his soul rest in peace. One of the best. Breda Weston (now Appleby).

We lived in St. Fintan's Villas when we were Children.

Sarah, condolences to you and your family on the passing of your father. May he rest in peace.
So sad to hear of Tommy's passing. ( I always knew him as Tommy). Many a day I walked the few hundred yards from my home in Springhill Cottages to "Watsons" shop to be served by Claire or Eileen and sometimes Tommy. this was back in 1954- 1956 or so. It was always a happy experience and all the more so if Tommy was there. The few "Honeybee" sweets were all the sweeter when he added the extra one. A decent man doted on by his Mother (Mrs Watson). Its with fond memories that I wish you Tommy to rest in peace.
