I was fortunate to work for Tommy Joe and Mollie back in the days of Culleens Carnival – the Tuffy family even provided the fields for the marquee and for the Kavanagh Cup football tournament.
Tommy Joe was a great man to run a business and was also kind and friendly – a rare combination.
