It is with great sadness that I've learned of the passing of Tommy..I wish to sympathise with his son and daughters and extended family members. I enjoyed out chats on phone since I met Tommy. May Tommy rest in eternal peace.

Saddened to hear of passing of a true gentlemam and neighbour for many years. Thomas was a quiet, unasumming man but was kind, genuinley kind hearted man that one could only admire. He and his late wife Theresa were an example to us all how they lived for each other. Thomas has now reunited with his other half and they are both complete again. Rest in peace Thomas and may you have eternal peace beside your loving wife Theresa.

Thomas & Theresa were lovely neighbours when I lived on the street. Thomas had lots of stories of life on Parnell Street throughout his life. Such as the neighbours bringing their little boats down to the river together for the summer. Neighbours he knew since childhood or school. Lots of good memories.

Tommy was a much loved kind and thoughtful neighbour. Tommy loved to walk the Quay and the Rocks. He loved his garden growing vegetables and he was so proud of his beautiful red roses. Tommy wrote beautiful poetry which reflected his love of nature.

I stayed with Tom and Teresa for a few days during one of my visits to Ireland. It didn’t take long to discover that Tom shared my love of nature and of gardening, and he tended a beautiful garden behind their home. I’ll always carry with me the image of that peaceful space—and of the kind, gentle gardener who created it. Tom was deeply loved by his family, and in memory, he remains just as cherished.

I was deeply saddened to learn about Thomas's death. He was a kind and caring man who welcomed me into his home when I visited Wexford. It was a privilege to meet him, especially knowing how dear he is to my brother-in-law, Cyril. Please know my thoughts are with you at this difficult time and I hope you find comfort in the loving memories you shared with him.
