Sad news of Tom’s passing. It was always a pleasure to spend time with Tom. He and Phyllis were lovely people and will be missed by family and friends.

I was so saddened to hear of Tom’s passing but know that he is now at peace with his beloved Phyl. Over the years in the Engineer’s Dept. in Limerick Harbour Commissioners we had many laughs during our tea-breaks and great stories were told. Tom was a most interesting man, so knowledgeable about Limerick and its people, and his recall was amazing. He was full of kindness and good humour. Since his retirement it was always a pleasure to meet Phyl and himself at the market and have a chat.

I am so sad that Tom has passed away. It was a total pleasure to reconnect with him and spend time with him over the last year. But he is happy now back together with his adored Phil.
