Our deepest condolences to Nellie and family at this sad time. Tommy was a great friend to our family down the years through his involvement with the GAA, greyhounds, Lourdes and so many other voluntary groups. His work as a fundraiser for Fermoy Hospital and several other good causes was legendary. Tommy loved his family and his community and was a friend to everyone who ever came into contact with him. We will all miss him. Rest in peace Tommy.

The Bride Rovers GAA Club -members, players and supporters are saddened to learn of the death of 'one of our greatest' Tom Barry. He truly gave a lifetime of support to his beloved Green, White and Gold. He was Club Treasurer for many years, selector, mentor, Committee member and advisor. He marvelled and enjoyed the sucess and the growth of the Club over the years. Last November he was thrilled when we won the County- Tom was there in 1966 when we won our first Junior B grade title and was a contant and outstanding influence on the Club. Our deepest condolences to Nellie, William, Margaret, May, Billy Jean and Kathleen and the extended Barry family. 'How 'oft the traditions of sires we inherit, Rathcormac that reared 'em and Bartlemy too'
