Tom, I only found out today that you had gone although I guessed when I didn't receive a Christmas message from you on the mail. You were a great man, generous, and wise. I will always remember you and will miss popping in to Gortahork or Rathcoole for a glass or two. Rest in eternal peace, my old friend and thank you for all you did for me.
Today I didn’t just say goodbye to my oldest friend and mentor, I said goodbye to my adopted Grandfather. Tom you were a kind soul who was always there to lend a helping hand. You will always be remembered in whatever I make and do for it was you who taught me so much. I will miss our Christmas day whiskeys but I will raise a glass for you this Christmas. I’ll keep an eye on Mary my adopted grandmother for you.

Will be remembered always as a loving Uncle full of fun. So very sad to see you go, but now safe in the arms of God.
