So sorry to hear the sad news of Tom's passing. What an absolute gentleman. Always calm and reassuring when my car was in breakdown mode. Always had a witty observation on the world. My condolences to you all.

Just wanted to pass on deepest sympathy to Tom's family at this time. We got to know him through his calm reassurance following our cars letting us down(more than once!) Tom was the calm cool collected voice on the phone. We were so happy when Tom answered because we knew our ordeal was over and expert help was en route. God bless you all at this time of such loss. We were saddened to see he had passed.
A truly kind person and so at ease.
