I wanted to express my heartfelt, sincerest sympathies to you all at this time. I don’t think that no matter how prepared we think we are or how old someone is that it ever makes losing a loved one, like your Dad or the grief we experience any easier.

We all have regrets and mine is that I didn’t get to pop in like I usually do when home from Australia to your Dad on my last visit. You wouldn’t believe it but I was just thinking about how he was and when I could drop in when I’m home this year after four years, given the other “C”, when I couldn’t travel.

Your Dad and Mum meant a lot to me growing up. I loved their chats when I worked in Palmerstown News or when Id drop into them. Your Dad had such a gentle, positive and accepting nature !

May love and support surround you all at this time! Gra do gach duine!
