Thomas (Tom) O'Shea

Sincere sympathy to Tom’s wife Mary his beloved children Tom, Maria, James and to all the O’Shea family on the loss of Tom. He brought me down to meet Sr Patrick RIP my first day starting to work in the hospital in Lourdes. I have very happy memories of Tom over the years in Lourdes. May he rest in eternal peace.

I was saddened to hear of Tom's passing this morning. Sincere condolences to his wife Mary and family. We were classmates in UCD in the mid sixties, and he was the man to lighten up your day - always in good humor with a friendly manner. The cares of life meant that we went our separate ways and we didn't stay in touch but he was never forgotten. I was so happy to meet him at our 50th reunion in 2017 and renew our acquaintance. From reading the condolences it is obvious that Tom led a life of great purpose and meaning. So Rest in Peace Tom you have left a legacy that is an inspiration to us all.
