So Sad to hear of the passing of Tommy. A fantastic person with lots of good stories. I looked forward to meet Tommy most days down at the Carlisle where he was very popular. The closing of the pool was the worse thing for many of us. RIP Tommy

Such sad news to hear of Tommy’s passing. I had the pleasure to share a desk with him for many months in the orchestra, and we used to have great craic, one time in particular we discovered we had our music upside down, to our great amusement. I also had the pleasure to meet his beautiful wife Ethel. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of Tommy’s dear family, extended family, and friends.

What can we say about this absolute legend of a man ? He was one of the funniest men ive ever known one of the wittiest men ive ever known a great story teller a mastermind in all subjects but most of all a great husband and father to the family he loved deeply .. ill miss his wit and his stories and his kindness and maturity .. So sorry for your loss, Tommy was such a gentleman. He used to come into us to the RDS to fix fidges but was best friends to my dad Paddy and my uncle Jerry, so it always turned into a visit with the three of them reminiscing about the old days. A job that would normally take a few minutes would turn into an hour. RIP Tommy xxx

Tommy was a gentleman,
I had the pleasure of getting to know Tommy properly when he joined the Orchestra and we became desk partners, best desky ever. we were know as tom and Margaret they share Grandchildren, 4 beautiful grandchildren.
Tommy was very witty he would just come out with something random while we were playing,
Tommy blowing out the candle one last time.
We will alway remember you Tommy.
