To Terri,Margaret, Susan, Linda and Philip and the extended family, Tommy was and is such a loving man, my second dad. Remember all the good times. The line dancing at his party with family, the craic, always willing to start a sing song, jiving in Margaret"s on New Years eve, the tea on Sunday evening with the family. Himself and Noreen welcomed me into their home and family and it was a privilege to know them. They had such a positive impact on so many lives and are together again.

Leave behind your pain and suffering of this life and take with you only the many memories of love, laughter, dance and song that you shared with all who were fortunate enough to cross your path, that in turn we shared with you.

I will never forget those happy days in 1984, when within days of our meeting, you welcomed a stranger from a foreign land, such as myself into the bosom of your family to share in the joy, food-a-plenty, Guinness, laughter and song - memories of which I will forever treasure.

I will never forget the kindness of your heart, at a time when I was alone, and abandoned by my own family, months before my wedding, you made me better; you “adopted” me and welcomed me into the arms of your loving family – my loving “Irish” family.

You promised, with your heart, and you travelled across the waters to England to celebrate our wedding as my second family and made sure the occasion was as happy and joyous as it should be.

Rest in Peace Tommy Gray. May you always remain in our hearts, bringing us unconditional kindness, love, laughter, dance and song we all so desire.

I looked after Tommy whilst in Beaumont Hospital, he was an absolute gentleman. Great man for the music and dancing, he will be terribly missed. My condolences to all of Tommy's children and grandchildren, he is in a better place with his late wife and family who have passed before him, no doubt dancing and having the craic. RIP Tommy

Very sad to hear of the passing of Tommy Gray. He was a work colleague of mine for over 30 years. A man of exceptional ability, who was totally dependable and took great pride in everything he did.
He was a true Dub who treasured his family, and always spoke fondly of their achievements. Men like Tommy Gray contributed greatly to the success of Roadstone in the early years.
