I'm so sorry to hear of Tommy’s passing. A true gentleman in every sense, Tommy will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. I really enjoyed our many chats about the GAA and our shared dream of bringing Sam Maguire to the West of Ireland — he was always full of passion and good humour.

Tommy was a wonderful bus driver — reliable, kind, and endlessly patient. Both staff and students were always delighted to see him, knowing that no request was ever too big. His warm smile and gentle presence made every trip better.

Thinking of his family, friends, and all who mourn him at this difficult time. May he rest in peace.

Greatly saddened by my cousin Tommy's passing. He was very highly regarded within the family circle and far beyond. Always loved being in his company. From our excursions to Arigna as children, when crossing the Galley bridge by car, we were convinced we had taken to the air for a bit. Cars and transport were to feature much throughout Tommy's life. In this regard I experienced his great generosity and kindness when we had a sad occasion in London some years ago. He, and you Ann, put cars from your taxi business at our disposal for several days. Tommy has now been transported to his heavenly home to enjoy the rewards he richly deserves. As I am out of the country I very much regret not being able to pay my respects or attend his funeral. My deepest sympathy to Ann, Raymond, Catherine, Babs, Seán, Rosaleen, extended family and friends. May Tommy's soul rest in peace.
