I am so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I had the privilege of working very closely with Tim on the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project, where Tim served as the project manager and I was the project director. Tim was not only a mentor and friend to me, but most importantly, he exemplified the highest standards of work ethic and professionalism.

Tim's dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence left an indelible mark on everyone who had the fortune of working with him. His guidance and support were instrumental, and he always led by example, inspiring us all to strive for our best.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. Tim's legacy will undoubtedly live on through the many lives he touched and the positive impact he had on our project and beyond.

Sincere sympathy on Tim's death. We were in the same engineering class in UCC. But my fondest memories of Tim were in Bandon Tim, I and a few others played the card game of 110 in each others houses, no money involved, just pure enjoyment. Tim and his family lived upstairs over the AIB Bank where his father was the Bank Manager. We just went along at night, pressed the bank door bell and Tim, Elizabeth or their parents came down and left us in. No big security in those days!

As a fellow engineer, I was aware of his reputation and prowess as a consulting engineer but I got to know him more recently as a colleague and leader of IAE committees and publications, which contributed to the national infrastructure debate. Tim was insightful and solutions driven. He had a brilliant engineering mind and shared his wisdom willingly and with a smile. He is a big loss to his family and to his profession. Frank and I are so sad to hear that Tim has passed away. He was such a gorgeous human being and himself and you Ann are the example to all of what marriage should be.
We always enjoyed our chats with you both and ye brought up our mood every time as you are both so upbeat and always positive and supportive of anything frank and I tried to do in Tara glen.
We are so very sad to miss Tim’s farewell services as we are abroad until March but I will contact you on my return Ann.

Heartfelt condolences to his beloved Anne, Úna, Meave, grandchildren, sons-in-law, dear sister Elizabeth & brother Paddy, as well as Ned, Patrick, BMai, Noreen, niece Niamh, nephew Eoin and all the extended family, on the huge loss of Tim.

It was brilliant when Paddy and I were young that Paddy had a cool big brother (Tim) who was always great fun and so nice to us. There was marvellous excitement when we met his girlfriend, Anne, who went on to become his lovely wife.

We've all been with you in spirit during Tim's illness and know that he was blessed to have been surrounded by his loving family in his final weeks.

I'm heartbroken that we will be unable to be in Dublin for Tim's funeral but will be with you online.

May you all get the strength to carry you through this difficult time and may Tim rest in peace, after a life well lived. Ní bheidh a leithéid ann arís.
