We were so sorry to hear your sad news Mona. It was such a terrible time for you all, but particularly for Tim. Such suffering and so little time. It was a Blessing Tim could spend those last days at home with those who loved and cherished him. The tyranny of distance meant our meetings with Tim and your family were few but memorable. Memorable for the warmth and generosity of spirit, not to mention the good craic to be had around the kitchen table at the farm. Tim will be greatly missed by all he touched. Mona and family-It's with a heavy heart I send best wishes to you all there in Ireland from my family down here in Logan,Australia.Well I remember the day I first met you,Mona and Tim at your new house in Waterfall back in 1982.You were very amused that this strange looking Aussie was impressed with where you were storing your " knickers "!Over the years a strong bond developed courtesy of an exchange of annual Christmas greetings . Always loved addressing the envelope to Mona,Tim and the vegies.Happily we were reunited in 2017 when I returned and enjoyed your great hospitality with your much extended family.I always knew that Tim was ,as the Aussies would say,"a good bloke".No doubt all the last week so many family and friends would have said the same.Mona,I am sorry that my family can't be there in person to express our sorrow.May God bless you all during your days of grief and may the happy memories of Tim soothe the sadness.Take good care of yourselves always from Joe,Marcia,Kay,Orlando,Azaria, Mirna,Valentina and Marcela in Australia.
