Timmy was a gentleman. As well as his family, he loved greyhounds, cards and horses. He was also an excellent advocate for his fellow Gardai whom he represented for a good number of years in the Ballyconnell District. Always looking out for them. He will be missed. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

So sad to hear Timmy has passed on. He was such a wonderful character. It was a privilige to have known him . I have such lovely memories of him from Longford track which was how I got to know him.
