T.J (Thomas J) KING

Sincere Sympathy to Mrs. King, Caitriona, Niamh, Eoin and all the King Family on the sad passing of Mr. T.J. King.
Mr. King thought me in "ranga cuig" in the Patrician Brothers Primary School and it was a credit to him, that Mr. King was very fair to all children of God.
While I lived in Newbridge, I always enjoyed a chat with Mr. King.
May Mr. T.J. King and all our loved ones R.I.P. Amen.

The passing of TJ has brought me great sadness. He was a wonderful colleague and a great friend who I had the pleasure of knowing for over 23 years. He was a friend to everyone and always so good to keep in touch and check in on how we were all keeping.
Ina, Caitriona, Niamh and Eoin what a beautiful and emotional farewell to TJ, the wonderful music and singing, the mix of Gaeilge throughout and of course the eulogy telling us so much about Tj’s life and helping us smile through the tears. Sending my deepest condolences to you all at this very sad time.

Ina - I stopped in sadness over here on hearing about the death of your beloved T.J. My sympathy to you and the rest of the family. He had a knack for making others feel welcome, seen and cared about. He also had a knack for finding the happy twists in life....and the gems that bring laughter and smiles.

A gentleman possessing a friendly, patient soul, he taught both my brother and myself in the Patricians many years ago. T.J inspired us to be better men and gifted us a great love for Education as well as the Irish Language.

I had the pleasure of being taught by Mr. King in fifth class (2003-2004) and every Saturday morning at extra Irish classes. His grá for Irish and teaching as a whole was inspiring.
