To Mary T, to Audrey and Elaine, Brian and Kieran, Andrew, Rachel, Laura and Kienan, we were deeply saddened to learn of Tom's passing. Tom was one of the best - a true gentleman in every sense of the word. We will always treasure the many happy occasions that we had with Tom, especially the trips to Enniscrone. We watched the ceremony online and we all agreed that Tom would have been so proud - especially of his daughters and grandchildren. He would have especially loved seeing Kienan so full of innocence and life! You will be with us in our thoughts and prayers over the coming weeks and months as you navigate this difficult and sad time.

I just watched the beautiful moving and dignified funeral mass - a fitting tribute to a dignified man. Tom was a wonderful human being, a true gentleman and I treasure all the memories of our times together. I will always treasure the chats at your kitchen table, our hotel breaks away together and, of course, the many, many bowls of soup and sandwiches Tom had prepared for us at lunchtime when we worked together in the Presentation Primary School and later in Trinity Primary School. Although I am not able to be with you at the moment, you are constantly in my thoughts and prayers. All my love xx
