My sincerest sympathies to Tom's family and friends - Tom was a true gentleman, he was so kind to me when I started out teaching in ITB, we shared an office, we shared funny stories, laughs, Tom, was such a kind, respectful person, he will be greatly missed, I will miss our chats but most of all I will his presence at work. RIP Tom.

I had Tom as a lecturer from 2010 to 2013. What a legend, a fantastic intelligent man and so down to earth.

One of Tom's students from ITB, very sad to hear this news. A lovely funny and kind man. We all have fond memories of our classes with him, as was repeatdly said when this news was shared amongst our class group. Tom was well liked by all. Condolences to all his friends and family. X

News of Tom's passing comes as a great shock. As one of his students i did not know him well on a personal level but he has made a huge impact to myself and other students throughout his time as a lecturer. He will continue to stay in our hearts long after we leave college.

There are no words that can express my deepest sympathy to Toms family at this time. His genuine interest and passion in teaching came across in every lecture and tutorial. I.T.B will be a very sad place when I return there knowing Tom is no longer a part of my college experience. I never thought that Legal studies could be so interesting but Tom insured we all enjoyed it by his interest in the topic and of course his sense of humour. .....
