Tom GREALY

So long old pal, we went places and did things and always in great style. The music trips, the footie trips, the debates over Frank and Ella and the agonising over Spurs and Wolves.
And then Friday came, glorious Friday, those evenings without number, in your beloved Abbey… where laughter was the only currency. They were, and will always remain, simply unforgettable!!

Remember Tom from my days with the Roscommon Herald and being brought to the Abbey restaurant by late Micheal O Callaghan and meeting Phil Gannon and Paddy Francis Dwyer there, GAA county chairman, treasurer and secretary respectively. . Tom always came to the table to say 'hello'.
