I would like to add our thoughts of sympathy and happy memories, from myself, my brother, Melvin, our wives, and all friends from Sutton and around in Yorkshire. Tom was a lifelong friend during our formative years, and along with Joe and Jean, he was a legendary figure in our world. He was missed after moving to Ireland, and will be even much more so now.

He will be fondly remembered as a true gentleman, always kind, enjoyed the chat, had great interest in history & a keen nature & animal lover. Years ago, Tom was a bus driver for the Shrule / Caherlistrane area & he kept the kids entertained on the journey home with trivia & quizzes - he was so full of life & it was fun to be in his company. Those who crossed paths with Tom over the years were the better for it.

Condolences to all of Tom's family at this sad time, I got to know Tom about 5 or 6 years ago through our connection with Dalgan, sometimes our paths would cross weekly and then it could be a couple of months, what an interesting man, the job always lasted a bit longer when Tom was there cause he loved to chat about various things and had a keen interest in your wellbeing as well as his own, you always left Shrule feeling energised after meeting him.
