Dear Mary and Tom, my sincere sympathies on the sad loss of your dear father. It was a pleasure to have known him.
Mary and Tom my deepest sympathy.
A huge personality that employed and embraced a young Clate man at the start of my teaching career . Tom and Carmel inculcated in my young mind a love for drama that has stood me well over the years . I so regret not being in a position to attend Tom's removal .
Only learned of Tom's passing this evening. A wonderful man, excellent Chairman of our Fine Gael Executive for years. Great Craic, most enjoyable company, learned, witty and loyal. My sincere sympathy to the family. A fully lived and fulfilled life. May he rest in God's peace.

Very sorry to hear of Mr. Honan's passing.
A fine teacher who gave us the gift of discipline and respect for others, aside from everything else.
The man could act too! Happy memories of J.B. Keane's work in The Royal. Thank you, Mr. Honan.
God rest his soul.

I am so sorry to hear this. I grew up hearing Tom and Carmels name a lot from my Aunt Bernie Doyle and Aunt Claire Kavanagh as they were part of the drama group for so many years!
