I not only had the pleasure of knowing Tom through Old Belvedere, to whom he gave such loyal service, but he & his family were wonderful friends & neighbours to us in Churchtown for many years. He was one of life’s great gentlemen.

From the very first time my late husband Roger and I met Tom after our daughter Sarah-Jane became engaged to his son Tom, and then at all our family celebrations throughout the years , we have had nothing but special, happy times , fun and such kindness from him . He was a very generous and thoughtful man and I will remember him always with the greatest affection . My deepest sympathy to all the family , especially Mary , Niamh , Tom and Orla .
