Sending condolences, prayers, and lots of love to all of our family, especially to my Mom (Mary), Aunt Annie & Uncle Timmy, Uncle Sean & Aunt Mary, Uncle Paddy, and Aunt Eileen and to all of my siblings and cousins during this incredibly difficult time. Uncle Tom was such a witty, funny, kind & gentle man who I have so many fond memories of throughout my lifetime. He was loved dearly by all of us and by those who knew him. We have been truly blessed with a magnificent and caring family and it breaks our hearts that we could not be there to say farewell to Uncle Tom and to offer support to the rest of the family. Special thanks to Uncle Sean Jo, Maria, and Tom as well as to Tom's caregivers for all you have done for him and our family the last few years and especially during the last week - am so grateful & love you all. 🙏❤
