Sincere sympathies to Tom's family. In had many interactions with Tom , initially in his role as CEO of the IPC and later as a go to Consultant when you needed an independent technical input on a workplace issue or dispute. Tom always brought a high degree of integrity and impartiality to his work. He had a great capacity to assess a situation and bring sensible and objective solutions to the Table. He helped to resolve many difficult disputes over the years and a hallmark of this was the fact that he maintained an impeccable reputation on all sides of industry over an extended period. May he rest in peace.
