I met Tom in a place l worked in, in Naas, he was a lovely man, with the loudest laugh, there is nothing he didnt know about wildlife, birds and animals. Rest well Tom, your work is done.

I first met Tom over 65 years ago and from that long period I have had some wonderful memories and also some surprises. He was the best of company and was never afraid to question the conventional. Whether in person or on the phone Tom’s initial topic of conversation was totally unpredictable. He was great fun and a lovely person. I will miss him greatly.
Sincere sympathy to Regina, Barry and all Tom’s Family. May he rest in peace.
Deepest Sympathy to Regina and all the family on the sudden death of Tom.

Sincere condolences to Regina and family on your sad loss. Our neighbour on Main Street in the old days, Tom was a gentleman and always a great pleasure to talk to. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Our condolences to all of Tom’s family. He was a nice man, and always a great chat. His knowledge of birds (and wildlife in general) was staggering. He had a very long association with the Lusmagh Wildfowl Club. Many stories still circulate about his exploits on the Brosna Callows. His shooting etiquette was a headline for all. It was our great pleasure to have been able to call him a friend. May he Rest in Peace.
So sorry to hear of Toms sudden passing. Lovely memories of his canoeing down the Liffey with our children aboard.
A wonderful knowledge and love of nature. He could talk at length on any wild bird no matter how rare. Condolences to Regina and family.
May he Rest In Peace.

Tom could be a serious minded contributor to any conversation when necessary but was a hearty, proud, centre town Naas man with a wonderful attachment to all things Naas, anchored with a jovial sense of character as he loved to retrace a youthful past, full of simple devilments. May he Rest in Peace.
What a lovely man always smiling and loved to chat. Deepest condolences to all of Toms extended family. He will be sadly missed in the town. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
