So sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. I heard many stories over the years from my mother who lived beside the McEvoys in Railway Terrace and only recently got to know Tom through St. Anne’s Daycare in St. Oliver’s where he and my mam got to reminisce about the good old days. Delighted I got to know him. Rest In Peace Tom
My sympathies to the McEvoy family on the death of Tom. Gerry Cotter informed me on Tuesday evening. Mary and Deirdre are both away on holidays in France but I have informed them by phone. Our friendship with Tom was highly valued by both my parents over the years. He was decent and kind. He will rest-in-peace and be re-united with his good parents from Railway Terrace.
Rest In Peace Tommy, an absolute gentleman.
Deepest sympathy to the McEvoy family on the death of Tommy who gave a lifetime working on the railway.
