I have very fond memories of summer holidays in Mayo and it was always an exciting occasion to visit Tom and Annie: my grand-uncle and grand-aunt. Tom was warm and welcoming, generous and fun - I always thought that both he and Annie were the loveliest people you could meet.
May Tom rest in peace.
