Tom O'Sullivan

I have just learnt of Tom's passing. To say that we are both devastated is an understatement - Tom was an absolute gentleman - My deepest sympathies to his family and colleagues in Capwell. Ar dheis de go raibh a anam dílis

I have been bombarded by personal and professional grief over the past 5 years; so please excuse my tardy response to Tom's untimely eternity! 

I was waiting to think of what to write. Omar Khayyam, Egyptian red wine🍇🍷 from Alexandria-; sank in Cairo, finally gave me a 🧠thought lubrication:

😘😍😭.He was a lovely and loving man; who was impossible not to love; I loved him at a greater span than our friendship span; but to me, he was a (slightly🤣elder)brother of another mother. I did sleep one night in your loving family house in 2015; after a Steph and Deccy Australia/Oz🇦🇺 Blackpool🇮🇪☘fundraiser. 

A wonderful canine evening of a dog that was dying also. Between losing my wife: Teru, to cancer on June 15, 2017; mother to general self-neglect on March 13, 2018 and our great friend: Sumie to bladder cancer on April 18, 2018 and now Tom's untimely departure on Sept 3, 2021, I feel to be swimming in ever decreacing circles. But hope springs eternal; añd hope dies last🤔🙏. 

See you on the other side, dearest Tom;😘☘ and remember the blue side is up!👍👌

Very sorry to hear about Tom’s passing. He was a gentleman. Always had a smile when he came into the village greengrocer. He always asked about how our Margaret was doing. Thinking of others. Tom was a keen cyclist and loved the social part of cycling. Coffee and cakes. Great memories of Tom bringing us all home from school in the bus. He will be missed.
