I only met Sonny once but he left a lasting memory on me. He was a trusting character who you could easily spend hours talking to. Sonny had beautiful handwriting which undoubtedly goes hand in hand with his trade. A true Gentleman, I was saddened by his passing and offer my condolences to those he left behind. There was always some excitement when calling to the house when we were small to get something fixed or maybe just an excuse to see the lovely jewellery and later to get trophies for football awards.He was a very friendy man and always loved a chat.
