Sincere condolences belatedly to Mary, Katherine and Fidelma on the sad passing of Tom. I only learned yesterday of his death on 2nd August and apologise for not been able to attend his funeral. Tom was an esteemed colleague of mine for about 15 years and I have many happy memories of him. His strong work ethic and interest in horse racing and all sports over the years. May Tom’s gentle soul rest in peace

My sincere condolences to you Mary, and all the Wallace family, on the death of Tommy. As a fellow Institute goalie I was always very aware of Tommy's presence about the place. We had terrific and happy times representing our club, over many years, on the hockey pitch. When Tommy hung up his pads he went on to have a fine career as a hockey umpire with the Munster Branch. May he rest in peace.
