I'm deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Tom. I had the pleasure of playing alongside Tom on the Civil Service GAA team in Island Bridge, Dublin. I’ll always remember him as a true gentleman both on and off the pitch. He had a brilliant left foot and scored many a fantastic point for our team over the years. But more than that, Tom had a way of lifting everyone’s spirits—always a happy chap with a smile and a kind word.
