Sincere condolences to Maisie and the Cowan family at this very sad time. I knew Tommy in the Men's Shed where we all enjoyed the chat and craic with him. Tommy was in his element, of course, in the kitchen where, following the Men's Shed ethos, he shared his skills with the rest of us. His roast beef Christmas Dinners were legendary. We will a miss him. RIP Tommy.
