Tommy Creede

My condolences to the Creede family, especially Nora, whom I went to school with in Brackyle NS, along with Tommy Kathleen and Nancy. I also played hurling for Pallas with Tommy and Brendan Carr, RIP, before I moved to Dublin in 1966. Tommy was a gentleman and a great hurler. Apologies for not being able to attend funeral service as I was away and hadn’t heard of Tommy’s passing until a couple of days ago.

It was with deep sadness I learned of the death of my oldest and best friend Tommy.The very first match I remember was the county hurling final of 1963 when Tommy starred at Midfield.On the field of play Tommy was fearless and unbeatable.Traits that he displayed all his life right to the very end.To Ita his wife, Sarah his daughter and his beloved grandchildren Ben Oisin and Aoife his Son In Law Pat and Sister Nora I offer our sincere sympathy.Tommy was one in a million.One of life's true
