Tommy was indeed a kind and gentle man. In the turbulent times at Matagorda Bay, he also had the courage to stand up and be counted for the good of the community at a critical time, for which we are extremely grateful. Tommy also spent many hours of love and labour addressing the neglected gardens there. He will be truly missed. Our condolences also go to the family he left behind. RIP.
