Saddened to hear of Toms untimely passing.
From the early days when travelling with his father we chatted on the CB and tied down a load or 2 in Tegral in Athy.
In later years we only met occasionally in Castletownbere but no matter what he was always a pleasure to talk to and he will be missed.

Jenny, PJ and Alanna our hearts fell to the floor when we heard on Tuesday that Tommy had passed away. He was a great friend and a lovable rogue that we will miss so much. Jenny as you often said he could write a book based on his travels and chance meetings. His memoir would be a mix of Travel, Mystery, Action Thriller, Cookbook and a good bit of Fiction thrown in. He was a nawful rogue. But he was our rogue and we loved him for it. Much has been said of Tommy but of all above it was his generosity that stands out. If you showed any interest in anything in yere house he’d say “take it away with you”. We always came away from yere house with more that we arrived. For that and the times we had we can be grateful and full of cherished memories.
