Tommy HANRATTY

So sorry to hear of Tommy’s passing.
I remember seeing him win a distance race that finished in the Athletic Grounds in the 50’s when I was a youngster. I then got to know him when I joined Dowdallshill AC in the 60’s.
I then worked with him in Clarks and all I can say is he was a delightful man.
Very sincere condolences to Anna and to Tommy’s extended family.

Tommy will always hold a special place in our hearts. Our older generation would have remembered Tommy as one of our greatest ever athletes, wearing the Dowdallshill singlet with pride.
