Tony (Anthony) MURPHY

Our deepest condolences on the passing of dear Uncle Tony. I have fond memories, going back to when I was only 6 years old (1978) and visiting Ireland for the first time, of Tony. He was always kind, and always smiling. I count myself fortunate that I was able to see him many times over the years. I'm glad we were able to bring mom over, one last time. Fond memories of the night at Imelda's, sharing the fine bottle that Barry had brought for everyone. I think that's the only time I've seen mom actually enjoy hard alcohol! I remember Tony coming to visit us when I was a child, and going to the CN tower and Niagara Falls. Mom was always so happy to have him around. Many great memories/photos... I'll tip a glass of Irish whiskey in his honour. Thinking of Deirdre, Imelda, Pat, Barry and your beautiful families at this time.
