Dear Pailine and family i just heard of Tony's passing im so sorry i remember him well from Maureen's house he was always so kind you will so miss him
May He Rest In Peace
Sincere sympathy to all Tony's family on his recent death. I worked with Tony in IPT and then Mercer for many years. He was a gentleman to his fingertips - always courteous and extremely generous. May he rest in peace.
As neighbours of Tony’s sister Eilish, we were very sad to learn of his passing. Tony would always have a greeting and a chat with us whenever we met. He was interested to hear our news and was the kindest of brothers to Eilish and Pauline who are very much in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time. May Tony sleep in peace, free from the burden and suffering of illness. Heaven has gained an angel for sure.
So sorry to hear of Tony's passing. He was a great neighbour and always took genuine interest in how everyone was getting on. A true gentleman who'll be missed by all who knew him. May he rest in eternal peace.
Sincere condolences to Tony’s family on his passing. He was a thorough gentleman, very clever and always kind, generous with his time and a pleasure to talk to. I worked with Tony for many years in Irish Pensions Trust and Mercer. He gave of his spare time over many decades to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Sincere condolences to Tony's immediate and extended family. Tony was my first boss's boss and my second boss, in IPT back in the 1980's when I was just a young actuarial student- he cared so much for people and taught me a lot of what I still know today about life and work.
Sincere condolences to Tony’s family and friends.I worked with Tony in IPT and remember him very well.A gentleman who always had time to give to others.May he Rest in Peace.
Sincere condolences to all Tony's family and friends. I joined IPT soon before Tony retired and inherited some of his work - I remember him being very patient and kind as he explained things to me, a true gentleman. May he rest in peace.
A lovely person and a great voice.
We both did the Leaving Cert in CBC Monkstown in 1958, but haven’t met for years.
I got the bus from Bray - waited over an hour. Got off one stop early. Then went too far down Newtown Park Avenue. Embarrassed!
Arrived at Masseys just as people were leaving.
I’ll remember him at Mass here in Bray Monday.
To my best friend Pauline, my sincere sympathy on poor Tony's passing..He was a great brother and you a sister through out your lives. Such a good person in every way..God will reward him, and you for giving him such care always and especially when he needed it most..he was blessed to have a sister like you. My sympathy to all the O'Brien family..Rest in peace Tony.
