I had the huge pleasure of knowing Tony (and your mum) from his Switzer days. He made business FUN..... great memories and laughs, drinks and dinners, from The Old Stand to Westport and Belfast.
A wonderful character. My thoughts are with you both at this sad time.
You will have wonderful memories of your mum and dad in the years ahead.

Hi Richie and Family,
I was shocked when I just heard of Tony,s death. I had only heard of you mum,' death a few months ago and was shocked then as your mum was such a lovely person. They were 2 characters in their own right. I will always remember Tony as we grew up in Woodlawn. His hearty laugh and his brilliant and mischievous sense of humour. It must be so hard for you now Richie being the only one left from the Fenton's of Woodlawn.

I was so sad to hear of Tony's passing.
I had the pleasure of working, playing golf badly, and socialising with Tony when he worked in Switzer's. I will always remember his crazy sence of humor and his way with words. He was also knew his pop tunes.
One of his party pieces was Goodbye Horse and I will always remember him bringing the house down in the Old Stand with this on a rugby weekend when the French were over. Spuke Milligan was asked how he would like to be remembered and he replied "Well remembered" and that is how Tony will be remembered.
