I am a Labour member of long standing (over 30 years). I began with Michael D. Higgins in Galway and have been with Joe Costello for the last 20 years.

I have the greatest of respect for Tony Gregory and would like to convey my sincere sympathies.

With deepest sympathy at this sad time, Tony was a lovely man, I met him while working in Dublin several years ago a true gentleman.

Tony will be sadly missed

Tony - you will be sadly missed by all you those who knew you in your lifetime and the multitudes you helped. It was a great honour to know you and witness your great humanity and sense of fairplay. You willingly served all those in need in your own community and beyond. To your brother Noel, your family and friends I extend my deepest sympathy on their great loss. Ar Dheis Dé go raibh a anam dhilis.
